DR. CATINA GREENE
Dr. Catina Greene is a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. For 25 years, Dr. Greene has provided compassionate nursing care to individuals from birth through the end of life. Her educational background consists of a Bachelor of Nursing from North Carolina Central University as well as Master’s degree with post-Master’s certificate and Doctorate degree from
Frontier Nursing University.
With the understanding that mental health is just as important as heart health, Dr. Greene strives to care for the whole person and utilizes her expertise in medication management to supplement as needed. Dr. Greene partners with her clients to explore experienced physical and psychological responses. These responses may be related to complex life changes, traumatic events, chemical imbalances, or thought processes. She then incorporates the client's experience with her expertise and evidence-based practice to provide an individualized plan of care for each client.
Being a military veteran of 11 years, Dr. Greene has special interests in veterans, young professionals, underserved populations, and persons going through transitions in life. She desires to serve a diverse community and assuring a safe place for all, growing her practice with all ages, races, religions, and genders.

Deshah Johnson is a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health & Family Nurse Practitioner. For 9 years, Deshah has provided exceptional nursing care to adults through the end of life after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. In the beginning, she specialized in neurology and neurosurgery at Duke University Hospital, where she soon developed a passion for management of care for all persons across the lifespan.

Later, she earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration of Family Nurse Practitioner at Winston Salem State University. As she gained experience with persons of all ages, the positive relationship between physical and mental health became evident. With this new passion, she gained further psychiatric experience at Duke Regional’s Behavioral Health Emergency Department and earned a post-graduate certification at Duke University as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Today, Deshah believes mental health is a key component of wellness— personally and relationally, optimizing quality of life and ultimately creating a safe community for all. As once an unsure, young professional and three time adult student, she takes special interest in young professionals and those transitioning in life. Through compassion, sincerity and collaboration with her clients, she strives to provide aid in their day to day journeys through specialized care plans, guided by evidence-based practice and unique client experiences.
